I’d like to note that the eggs sold in the spring are indeed the superior shape for chocolate peanut butter-filled candy, followed by pumpkins in the fall, leaving the original chocolate peanut butter cup shape in the dust. And while I don’t use the famous peanut butter cup to make these cookies, I do think of them every time I take a bite.
